The FDA approved a pill for covid, developed by Pfizer. This will be an interesting thing to see. If we are able to combat covid with more than just vaccinations, we can control it better. Better control over the virus can lead to positive outcomes in the economy.
Student Loans 💵
The Biden administration extends pause on student loan repayments until May 1st 2022. Although they are not being forgiven, this is still great news as this gives more time to people to save more and pay them off quicker.
Rapid Tests 🦠
The Biden administration plans to purchase 500 million at-home tests for covid. With the convenience of being testing in your own home, this limits the spread of infection. This is one of the many ways we can stop the spread of the new variant.

MRNA has gotten lots of attention recently due to the pandemic. MRNA is a pharmaceutical and biotechnology company which is one of the companies that developed a vaccine for Covid-19. This company primarily makes money off of the products they develop. It seems as if the only commercial product available for this company right now is the covid-19 vaccine. This company has other vaccines in clinical trials. If successful in clinical trials, they may be made available to the public. If approved, they will be able to have more products available and therefore, more ways to make money. The science community is very strict with clinical trials. If their products are flawed or they don't prove to be efficacious, their products won't be approved.
